Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing my trowel. I hope you can understand that i am in the early stages of this new venture and that i cannot accept a return for a trowel that has been custom engraved because i cannot restock the item. I have carefully quality controlled each trowel i have sent out myself to ensure each one is up to professional standard. I can, of course accept a no questions asked 30 day return for a trowel that is not personally engraved because i can restock this item.
